Project CommunPlace, founded by Hana Motokura, is a youth-led initiative reimagining how global institutions connect with people on the ground. At a time when trust in intergovernmental agencies like the United Nations is eroding, this project brings together young founders, activists, and community leaders to openly question, critique, and redesign how international governance can work for everyone.
Through co-designing content for workshops, simulations, and AI-enhanced dialogue tools, this Learning Planet Festival event aims to empower youth to co-create concrete proposals to rebuild trust, strengthen social cohesion, and address polarization.
With a special focus on migration, displacement, and cross-border cooperation, CommunPlace invites young people passionate about diplomacy and international relations to transform frustration into action and prototype new forms of inclusive, transparent, and accountable global collaboration.
