As a contributing partner to the Learning Planet Festival 2026, the Association Assafaa for Environment and Development is hosting the Youth4SDGs Fest in Agadir, focusing on Environment & Planetary Futures. This in-person gathering, led in collaboration with by the Earth Guardians Agadir crew installed within our organization aims to inspire and train Moroccan youth at the critical intersection of Sustainable Development, Voluntarism, and Education. We will demonstrate how civic engagement and local action can drive climate resilience and community change.
A key highlight of the day is our collaboration with the global initiative, the 1 Million Youth Actions Challenge (1MYAC). Our organization is proud to be a 1MYAC Promoting Partner in Morocco since 2025. The session will feature a direct intervention from Ahmed Mouhib (1MYAC Ambassador in Morocco and coordinator of the association) who will showcase the initiative as a powerful, concrete model for youth-led action aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the initiative .
Participants, including young leaders, students, and educators, will gain a clear understanding of the role of voluntarism in achieving local SDGs.
The event is led by youth for youth and all the speaker are youth.
