This workshop will be held by Radical Learning’s Sari González and Becka Koritz – unschooling moms, youth liberation advocates, coaches and trainers with 35+ years of combined experience working with kids, parents, educators, and educational communities to reimagine learning through connection, consent, and curiosity.
In this interactive and transformative workshop, we will explore how parents and educators can move away from control-based practices and embrace consent-driven approaches to foster meaningful, equitable relationships with young people. Through interactive discussions, reflective activities, and practical tools, participants will uncover the impact of coercion on young people’s autonomy and learn actionable strategies to support their agency and self-directed learning.
