Led by youth advocate Anthony Zheng, this event organized by Seniorify explores an emerging global movement to restore connection, dignity, and purpose among older adults through intergenerational collaboration.
Inspired by his real world experiences, he recognized that societies worldwide face the growing challenge of elderly isolation. As such, he established this youth-led initiative which highlights how technology, compassion, and design can converge to create inclusive support ecosystems.
The session introduces Seniorify, a platform empowering seniors through friendship networks, volunteer-led support, and innovations that enhance physical, mental, and social well-being among older adults. Following the C.A.R.E framework (Connect, Activate, Resource, Empower), this session will design solutions and set the foundational groundwork for a unified, collective movement towards healthy aging. Join us at this event to explore how dialogue, storytelling, and joint ideation between young changemakers and decision-makers alike can champion equitable aging for all.
Together, we aspire to work together with UNESCO and UN University ecosystems to ensure that age never determines belonging, and that global communities grow stronger when no one is left behind.
