In celebration of UNESCO's International Day of Education, MedicAIm will mark its global debut at the Learning Planet Festival 2026.
The organization, founded by Jackie Liu of Canada, is youth-driven initiative dedicated to advancing ethical innovation at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Health, and Neuroscience. Its vision is to empower young people to develop critical literacy in AI and Health Ethics, ensuring that progress in AI × Neuroscience fosters human well-being, protects privacy, prevents misuse, and aligns with global human rights principles.
Through its guiding CARE Framework — Community Development, Advocacy Building, Research Advancement, and Ethical Guidance — MedicAIm cultivates multidisciplinary learning and civic engagement. The initiative organizes AI literacy workshops, designs educational programs on AI and health ethics, establishes community misinformation detection centers, and supports youth-led councils that strengthen local and global resilience.
