The hospitality sector stands at the frontline of climate change, facing rising temperatures, resource scarcity, and shifting traveler expectations for sustainability. However, most hotels lack the knowledge, training, and adaptive systems needed to respond effectively.
Welcome to GreenSphere! The mission of GreenSphere, ed by Mr. Mastan Sekhon and his team, is to empower the hospitality sector on climate resilience through sustainable talent development – transforming hotels into adaptive, low-waste ecosystems that protect the environment and well-being of its guests and other stakeholders.
At this event, we hope to work with youth to co-design effective and eco-friendly solutions through our 11-step RESTORATIVE Framework (Restart, Educate, Scan, Track, Optimize, Redesign, Align, Test, Integrate, Validate and Evolve). Together, the youth generation, alongside ecosystem partners such as UNESCO, UN University and Learning Planet Institute, will plant the seeds for long-term sustainability in the hospitality sector.
