The mission of “Greencovery” is to remediate this misinformation created by studies, research and reports on eco-anxiety that focus only on Western democracies yet negatively impact people from developing countries and indigenous communities, and support people experiencing eco-anxiety.
Launched by Sophie Yao, Greencovery’s goal is to create online platforms which provide opportunities for people experiencing eco-anxiety to communicate with each other, also providing an online toolkit to help people verify climate misinformation.
Join us at the Learning Planet Festival to work with global youth and share stories from Indigenous communities, island nations, and developing countries. Together, we can work towards contributing lived experiences that can reduce misinformation.
