From Skills to Impact: Learning Entrepreneurship Beyond the Classroom looks at how many young people actually learn to become entrepreneurs — not only through schools or training programs, but through real-life experience. The session explores how mentorship, peer learning, trial and error, and everyday challenges shape entrepreneurial skills, especially for youth in underserved and displacement-affected communities.
Through honest reflections from entrepreneurs and ecosystem actors, participants will hear real stories of learning by doing: starting small, making mistakes, adapting, and growing. The conversation highlights how learning beyond classrooms helps young people turn skills into meaningful social and economic impact while building confidence, resilience, and leadership along the way.
This session invites participants to rethink entrepreneurship as a lifelong learning journey rooted in community, practice, and shared support. An interactive dialogue will encourage participants to reflect on where their own learning has come from and to identify practical lessons they can apply in their communities, work, or learning environments.
