How can education systems around the world move beyond narrow metrics of success and truly enable human flourishing, for every child? In this high-level event, the OECD and a consortium of global partners – Cambridge Partnership for Education, HundrED, Learning Planet Institute, Salzburg Global, and Teach for All – come together to present a shared vision and the first coordinated actions toward a flourishing-centred future for education.
Starting with an overview of OECD’s Education for Human Flourishing framework published in November 2025, this session will invite system leaders and education experts, youth networks and Education Ministry representatives to explore together how flourishing can become an actionable organising principle to shape curriculum, assessment, pedagogy, youth engagement, and whole-system change.
