In the “Collaborative Eco-poetry Through Arts” workshop, participants will engage in co-creating poems for the Earth Planet using an arts-based approach. Through prompts like art objects, images, and video clips, participants will craft haiku or free-form poems around themes like the Anthropocene or the Mother Planet. Each participant will create a “found poem” based on the provided texts – or contribute one sentence to a collective poem that fosters a deeper connection with nature and the environment.

The workshop aims to broaden perspectives and inspire action by highlighting the interconnectedness of our existence with the well-being of the Planet. By exploring this relationship through poetry, participants will reflect on their roles in environmental preservation and sustainability. This interactive session encourages participants to view the world through an eco-poetic lens, promoting a sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute to the positive transformation of our Planet.
