Africa Voices Dialogue Africa Voices Dialogue (AVD) is a dynamic Pan-African initiative that has emerged as a pivotal force in activating and nurturing learning ecosystems across and beyond the continent. Rooted in the principles of "Nia" (intent), Umoja (unity), and Ubuntu (reciprocity and belonging), Africa Voices Dialogue’s commitment is to create spaces where the voices of all those who care about learning and human thriving in Africa can be “seen, heard, and loved”. This diverse community fosters connection, relationship-building, and a profound sense of intergenerational collaboration.
Through the vehicle of Generative Dialogue, we will explore why a committed focus on creating the conditions for Care and Belonging has the potential to deeply transform the ways in which we learn and choose to be together, activating vibrant learning ecosystems which support thriving and wellbeing, and supporting collaboration and co-creation.
Additionally, participants will be supported to clarify their own Nia, and to envision the potential they would like to step into in 2025.
