This hands-on workshop introduces the MOOD (Meaningful Open Opportunities for Discovery) — United Nations University-certified learning journeys that help learners to develop their agency on major global challenges such as Climate or Peace. They connect emotionally to global challenges, understand them systemically and act locally.

This initiative is supported by UNESCO’s Global Skills Academy (GSA), part of the UNESCO’s Global Education Coalition, which aims to expand access to high-quality learning opportunities worldwide and equip learners with future-ready skills on Digital Literacy, Green Technologies, and Entrepreneurship. By connecting learners, educators, and private partners, GSA fosters global citizenship, agency, and sustainable action. As a MOOD learner, you become part of this vibrant global learning community and contribute directly to GSA’s mission of empowering 10 million learners worldwide.

What you’ll experience:
A guided reflective journey exploring your personal connection to climate and environment. You’ll choose a theme based on emotional resonance, reflect through journaling prompts, and contribute to a collective vision through live word clouds and shared call-outs — culminating in a “We have a dream” manifesto built from participants’ voices.

Who this is for:
Staff and students from organisations interested in experiential learning, climate education, and youth engagement. Whether you’re an educator
