Zhaofeng (frank) Chen

Zhaofeng Frank Chen is passionate about economics, technology, and global development. Through his “Future of Technology” social media campaign, he empowers youth to create tech-based solutions addressing economic inequality and sustainability. His initiative, Pyra, is developing a body doubling ADHD app which encourages neurodivergent youth to better interact and engage with others. With leadership experience in Air Cadets and skills in public speaking and research, he aspires to drive systems-level change through creative, tech-driven storytelling. For his work, he was invited as Youth Delegate to UN Science, Technology and Innovation Forum 2025 in New York.
