With a strong commitment to promoting reproductive health, Zarine García is a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, having completed her certification from Justisse College International, Canada. She is an active member of the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals, and also holds a B.Sc. in Biology with a minor in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University, USA. In 2020, Zarine founded Pad and Prejudice, an initiative that strives to destigmatize menstruation, provides menstrual education, and facilitates access to information about menstrual health, emphasizing the significance of informed choices.
