Zakia Khudadadi

Zakia Khudadadi is an Afghan para-taekwondo athlete, born on 29 September 1998 in Herat province. She is the first woman from her country to pursue an international career in this sport. She belongs to the Hazara ethnic minority. On 30 August 2024, she became the first medalist of the Paralympic Refugee Team in the taekwondo events at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.
