Waldo Soto is the co-founder of the global change platform “2811” and the Climate Action Academy, a a recognized program that teach skills and knowledge in climate action. Waldo is a Chilean social entrepreneur and Ashoka foundation consultant. He has helped governments, foundations and international organizations to better equip themselves to the consequences of climate change and to install capacities on systemic change and social innovation.
