Suraj Kant is a social worker and youth development practitioner with over eight years of experience in the social development sector, working closely with adolescents, youth, and migrant communities. He is the Founder of IYRC NGO, which is community-based programs focused on inclusive youth leadership, gender equity, education access, and wellbeing. Suraj has been using participatory theatre and creative tools since 2017 to engage young people in critical conversations around patriarchy, masculinity, rights, and social justice. His work strengthens youth voices, builds safe spaces for dialogue, & supports communities in challenging harmful norms to create more equal and inclusive world.
