Stevens Chan

Stevens Chan lost his sight to Glaucoma by 2007, ending a successful career. He transformed his personal challenge into a mission, founding the Malaysian Eye Patient Society and SOS Missions Berhad to prevent blindness and support sight-impaired individuals. In 2012, he established Dialogue In The Dark Malaysia, which evolved into Dialogue Includes Academy, dedicated to building public empathy and equipping the disabled community with employment skills. A fervent activist, Stevens pioneered the ‘dog for sight’ movement and now empowers disabled entrepreneurs through his ‘Dialogue Includes All’ initiative, driven by his resilience and commitment to an inclusive society.
