A former school Principal, Shaun now works in the Univeristy of Worcester, Institute of Education, where he supports school leaders and the wider system build the capabilities, they need to close the gap between what young people and the planet need, and what the current education system provides. He founded and co-leads Rethinking Education which is a collaborative network of education leaders seeking to enrich thinking and enhance the practice of leadership development in the school system. He supports colleagues at Ashoka embed Changemaker Education and co-created the Togetherness Practice.
