I am a woman and mom who belongs to 3 different cultures (Indian, Canadian and French) all at the same time, allowing me to listen from a place of non-judgement, to observe and to create. This plays an essential part in my roles as a participatory dialogue facilitator, coach and English communications trainer. My degrees in both business (IMBA 2002) and psychology (BSc 1996) as well as my participation in Presencing Institute’s theory U programmes (2019 – now) and consultancy work, has given me a window into the individual, the organisation and the systems they work within.
