Raj Gilda is the Co-founder and Director (Strategy and Development) at Lend-A-Hand India, where he leads resource mobilization and external relations. A banker-turned-social entrepreneur, he brings 20+ years of experience across education, banking, insurance and IT, and has worked with Citibank and Deloitte Consulting in New York. Raj transitioned full-time to the social sector in 2011. He served in multiple government advisory roles, including the National Skill Development Agency and the National Curriculum Framework 2023. He is a Chevening Gurukul Scholar at LSE, a top 100 alumnus of UT-Austin, and a recipient of the U.S. President’s Award for Community Service.
