Radha Ruparell
Chief Learning Officer, Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future @ Teach for All
Radha Ruparell is a global expert in personal transformation and collective leadership, with cross-sector experience working with CEOs, Fortune 500 executives, social entrepreneurs, and grassroots leaders worldwide.
She leads the Global Leadership Accelerator at Teach For All, a network spanning 60+ countries and tens of thousands of locally rooted, globally informed leaders working to ensure all children can fulfill their potential. Radha also serves as Chief Learning Officer for the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, focusing on inner leadership and systems change.
Radha has led systems change efforts across sectors, including pioneering public-private partnerships that expanded access to essential medicines for millions of children in Asia and Africa. She co-founded Youth to Youth (Y2Y), the largest movement of young leaders bringing innovative ideas to the World Bank.
