Rachael believes in the power of education as a transformative tool. She created an innovative bilingual early childhood and primary programme under her brand, Fundaciones. This grew to multiple locations across Jamaica and later included programmes, services and activities for children up to the age of 18. Using these platforms, Rachael, began engaging children in Jamaica to the inevitable challenges that exist in our global village and guiding them towards innovative solutions.
Post-covid, Rachael continues to edu-ideate and support the notion of education for sustainable development.
