Quynh-nhu Lam

Jessica Lam is a first-year student at the University of Richmond, pursuing a major in Economics with a Finance concentration. Driven by her dual passion for finance and gender equality, she aspires to empower women worldwide through strategic capital allocation, financial education, and inclusive economic opportunities. Building on her experience leading the global mentorship program Her Finance File and a national entrepreneurship incubator SheVentures for Vietnamese women, as well as her involvement in her campus chapters of Scholars of Finance and Women in Business, she strives to bridge the gender gap in finance one opportunity at a time.
