Architect/ Honorary Lecturer @ University College London
Paul is an architect, an urban planner and an honorary lecturer at the Bartlett School of Planning (UCL). He holds a PhD in Urban Planning (UCL, BSP), a Master of Science in Urban and Real Estate Development (Columbia University, GSAPP) and a Bachelor of Architecture (AUB, FEA). His academic expertise and research involvements are situated within the field of urban studies and humanistic architecture, border studies and forced migration, informal settlements and spatial re-appropriations, with a focus on marginalized communities mainly in the Middle East region. In parallel to his academic work, Paul is a community activist.
