Nolita Mvunelo
Principal – Club of Rome @ Club of Rome
Nolita Thina Mvunelo is a Principal at the Club of Rome, a global think tank advocating for a sustainable and equitable future for humanity and the planet. She co-directs The 50 Percent, a global youth engagement program empowering young people to co-create solutions for the climate crisis and social justice. She is a systemic innovator who leads initiatives that change systems through collaboration across different sectors.
Nolita is a co-author of How Intergenerational Leadership Unlocks Innovation and Sustainability in Business, a joint report by the UN Youth Office, the Club of Rome, and the St. Gallen Symposium.
With a background in social entrepreneurship — having led a social enterprise incubator, co-created local and global youth entrepreneurial programs, and worked in EdTech — she brings practical experience in bridging institutional mechanisms with youth-driven innovation. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, where she was a WomEng Fellow.
