Nishtha is a development sector professional who combines storytelling with social impact. With over 6 years of experience in gender justice and child protection, she currently serves as Knowledge Manager at Adhyayan, overseeing knowledge management initiatives.
Previously, as Program Manager at Protsahan India Foundation, she led grassroots girls’ leadership programs across 86 urban slum clusters in Delhi. At Kshamtalaya Foundation, she collaborated with educators on the Whole School Transformation Project. Nishtha holds a Master’s in Politics (International Studies) from JNU.
