Manjula, an investment banker turned social entrepreneur, founded Educate Lanka Foundation, a non-profit democratising equitable learning opportunities to unleash young people’s potential. A passionate advocate for inclusion and equity in education and workforce access, he speaks globally, including his TEDx Talk, Talent is Universal. Opportunity is Not.
Manjula holds a finance degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s in international development from Tufts University. A Salzburg Global and World in 2050 Senior Fellow, he serves on the boards of Learning Economy Foundation and Karanga. Based in Washington, DC, he divides his time between the US and Sri Lanka.
