Dr. Lynika Jones is a licensed clinical psychologist and school counselor in Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD), Texas. With years of experience working directly in schools, Dr. Jones supports students with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD, and collaborates with families, educators, and administrators to create equitable support systems. Her clinical and counseling work provides firsthand insight into how school-based environments can either mitigate or amplify disparities in ADHD recognition, especially among racially and socioeconomically marginalized students.
