Lukáš Matějek

Lukáš Matějek is a 23-year-old Scout dedicated to strengthening intergenerational collaboration, fostering partnerships between young people and adults grounded in trust and shared responsibility. As a Member of the Intergenerational Collaboration Team at the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), he examines what effective intergenerational leadership can look like in practice. In Junak – Czech Scouting, the National Scout Organization of Czechia, he serves on the National Board, leading a team focused on increasing youth leadership in governance and decision-making. He is studying Cybersecurity at Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia.
