Kiran Salave is a Commerce graduate from Ness Wadia College. She completed her schooling at a PMC government school and iTeach Schools. An active participant in extracurricular activities, she played football throughout her school years.
She currently works as an Operations Associate at Enabling Leadership, managing operations for the Build, Create, and Play (Pune) programs. Previously, she served as an iTeach Mitra (Advisor), supporting over 100 college-going students and leading an alumni sports tournament—experiences that deepened her interest in operations and program management, with a strong focus on teamwork, execution, and community engagement.
