Jinghe (amber) Shen

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Ms. Jinghe (Amber) Shen a passionate advocate for placing children and youth at the center of mental health system transformation. As the visionary behind Cognipath, she and her team champion meaningful youth participation as a non‑negotiable pillar of mental health policy and service design. As a Learning Planet Youth Fellow, her work focuses on engaging young people as co-designers, decision-makers, and advocates so that systems genuinely reflect their developmental needs, cultural contexts, and lived experiences.​ In her spare time, Amber likes singing opera and digital art.
