Jimi Slattery
Executive Director @ The Dalai Lama Centre for Compassion
Jimi is the Executive Director at The Dalai Lama Centre for Compassion and runs the organisation’s education projects, SEE Learning UK and Cognitively Based Compassion Training (CBCT). Jimi is currently training to be a psychotherapist and supports teaching compassion, secular ethics, and social-emotional Learning. Before joining the DLCC, Jimi worked in international development education and was Head of Widening Participation at the University of Oxford. He has sixteen years of experience teaching mindfulness to children, implementing social-emotional learning projects, and researching how we can support children’s wellbeing, personal development, and attainment.
