Jenny Munro

Jenny Munro and Soha Fleyfil (Pro Peace) are co-authors of the chapter “Addressing Collective Trauma in Dealing with the Past (DwP) Processes in Lebanon” in the forthcoming volume. Jenny, joining as a speaker, and Soha have been collaborating since 2017 on engaging with memory work in Lebanon. Jenny, with a background in sociology and conflict studies, explores the intersection between narratives, identity, and collective trauma. Soha, with a background in psychology and human rights, brings a focus on the emotional and relational impact of addressing legacies of violence. Together they cultivate trauma-aware participatory methods that foster empathy and social change.
