Jennifer is a global leader with 25+ years of experience in program development, partnerships, policy change, and resource mobilization. After experiencing early menopause, she shifted her focus to menopause research, founding the Global Menopause Alliance (MenoGlobal) to address gaps in care and knowledge.
Jennifer led multi-million-dollar programs in women’s empowerment, health, and financial inclusion at the World Bank Group. Her work spans grassroots communities to advising presidents, CEOs, and foundations.
As the founding director of the Nike Foundation, Jennifer pioneered advocacy and programs for adolescent girls. A former journalist, she has published widely and taught at Columbia and NYU.
