Managing Director @ Cambridge Partnership for Education

Jane Mann is Managing Director of the Partnership for Education and Education Director of the International Education Group at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. With nearly three decades of experience in the education sector, she has advised on, implemented and managed programmes focused on system‑level change and improvement across a wide range of global contexts, including Education in Emergencies. Her work spans collaboration with ministries of education, government agencies, NGOs, donor organisations and educational bodies, supporting both large‑scale transformation and targeted interventions.

Beyond education, Jane has consulted on regulatory frameworks, trade publishing strategy, communications and process redesign. She has spoken at major international events such as the Education World Forum, London Book Fair, Transforming Education Summit (UNGA77), Global Online Learning Alliance and the Global Education Summit. Jane is a Governing Body Fellow of Hughes Hall, a member of the Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement, part of the World in 2050 Brain Trust, a Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow and a member of the BESA Executive Council.
