Dr. Iwan Syahril translates the complexity of large-scale system transformation into clear, actionable leadership strategy. Having served as Director General at Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Chair of the G20 Education Working Group, Iwan has led reforms at a scale few have navigated—architecting national teacher platforms and driving global digital transformation policy. Currently a senior advisor to international organizations, governments and school networks, he bridges the gap between human-centered values and the technological demands of the AI era.
