As a facilitator at the LearningPlanet Alliance, a joint initiative of the Learning Planet Institute and UNESCO, he promotes a global perspective in conflict resolution, peace building, IKIGAI, and well-being.
With more than 8 years of practical experience in mediation and facilitation for businesses, families, and communities, he has successfully handled over 120 cases across diverse sectors, developing efficient conflict transformation tools.
This experience forms the core of his educational and training programs for individuals, businesses, and universities, which he is currently teaching as an adjunct professor at IESEG School of Management.
