Héloïse Heyer has more than 15 years experience in peacebuilding, conflict-sensitive programming and organisational development support to civil society, government and multilateral actors. She currently leads the Conflict Sensitivity International Programme at the PeaceNexus Foundation, a private Swiss foundation providing small grants and technical support to international organisations and local civil society in West Africa, the Western Balkans, Central Asia and South East Asia. She oversees grant-making and organisational change accompaniment to humanitarian, development and environmental actors working in conflict-affected or polarised contexts.
Heloise holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the European Inter-University Centre and a Bachelor in International Relations from Sciences Po.
