Geordan Shannon

Geordan’s work is motivated by a love for the planet. She builds creative and pragmatic solutions to facilitate linked-up local actions at scale that cut across the biggest issues central to human and planetary health. To this end, she quit her job as a doctor and academic and is now the CEO of United Health Futures. She has founded a number of organisations that cut across the arts, technology, finance, and human and environmental flourishing, including Stema, Unexia and Global Health Disrupted. Beyond these roles, Geordan is most interested in radical collaboration, infrastructure for right-scale coordination, and other forms of relationships that help us weave better planetary futures.
