Dr. Bobbi Macdonald is Senior Partner for Ecosystem Growth and Advancement at Education Reimagined, where she leads the national Learner-Centered Ecosystem Lab—supporting communities across the United States to design place-based learning ecosystems rooted in local culture, community assets, and deep relationships. Her work centers on building the human and structural infrastructure ecosystems need to thrive and partnering with sites to contribute actionable learning, research, and policy insights to the field.
Bobbi completed her Doctorate in Education Leadership at Harvard University, where she deepened her commitment to community-led transformation. She previously co-founded and led City Neighbors in Baltimore, guided by the question that still sits at the center of her work today: What would it take for every student to be known, loved, and inspired?
