Diana’s journey into alternative education began in 2012, fueled by a passion for democratic education and nature-based learning. Her diverse background includes studying Psychology and working for the human rights NGO Survival International, where she learned invaluable lessons from indigenous communities worldwide.After reading authors like John Holt and Peter Gray, Diana and her husband cycled for eight months, visiting over 30 democratic and progressive schools across Europe and the US. They visited over 30 alternative schools. She has three years’ training in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), which she has integrated into the school curriculum.
