Daniel Persky

Daniel Persky is an advocate for Youth Empowerment, Equality, & Climate Action. He was invited to participate as a Delegate and Speaker at the 2024 United Nations General Assembly Action Days and United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum. He is a LearningPlanet/UNESCO Youth Councillor, Mentor, and Youth Design Challenge Finalist and Ambassador. Daniel founded The Equality Collective which distributes educational and empowerment resources to underserved communities across six continents. Alongside his younger brother Matthew, Daniel founded RiseHire, developed under the guidance of mentors at Learning Planet and Ban Ki-moon Centre, to democratize education and training for youth worldwide. They also invented a ClimateTech system that uses AI to predict and detect wildfires to protect people and reduce greenhouse gasses that contribute to global warming. As a social entrepreneur and inventor, Daniel leverages technology to advance equitable economic empowerment and climate action.
