Cindy Chen

Cindy (Xinyue) Chen is an organizer, author, and advocate for equity, youth empowerment, and feminist leadership based in California. She champions gender equality as the sole United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA) Global Ambassador for Gender Equality. She is the founder of the IgniteHER Project, an international youth-led movement with over 100 chapters across 66 countries. A Walnut High School senior, she will serve as a delegate for California in the 2026 United States Senate Youth Program. Cindy is also the Chief of Staff for Coalition PAC, a Gen Z–led political advocacy organization focused on uplifting working families.
