Youth Engagement Specialist @ NORRAG
Carolina Earle was awarded a B.A. in History and English from the University of Oxford, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute. From 2021 to 2023, she designed and led the Swiss work plan of the EU Horizon 2020-funded project EQUALS-EU, a multistakeholder project aiming to advance gender equity in the digital world and in social innovation ecosystems, in particular. Currently, Carolina works for the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), and is NORRAG’s Youth Engagement Specialist.
