Camila Pereira

Camila is a social impact leader with over 15 years of experience in the sector. She currently serves as CEO of Global School Leaders, an organization dedicated to strengthening school leadership across the Global South. Prior to joining GSL, she served as Chief Impact Officer at the Lemann Foundation where she led strategies to promote systemic change in education and support social impact leaders.

Camila’s professional journey is guided by a deep commitment to reducing inequalities and fueled by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to live with dignity and fulfill their potential. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in strategic planning, public policy, and multi-level collaboration.

She serves on the Board of social impact organizations in Brazil and internationally. She holds a degree in Journalism and was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, where she focused on the implementation of education reforms.
