Beth Bye

Beth Bye is the commissioner of the Office of Early Childhood in Connecticut. This is a cabinet level position in Governor Ned Lamont’s Administration. She has experience across all levels of education and policymaking. She has worked in program development for schools, for college teacher preparation programs, and in government. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in child development and attended a policy institute at the Kennedy School of Government while an elected official.
