As a strong believer in community outreach, Benita works and advocates both professionally and personally for social causes with many different organizations. Benita’s skill in collaborating with various stakeholders on important projects and events has built a proven track record working with youth, government, non-profits, and businesses.
She is passionate in diversity and inclusion, having coached differently-abled individuals at Outward Bound Hong Kong, curated the first LGBTQ+ in the city tour, being a mentor for RESOLVE Foundation. With her broad experience in community outreach and environmental education in university, NGOs and think tank, she started Encompass HK in 2018.
