Barbara Bullard

Barbara Bullard is a creative entrepreneur, publicist, writer, producer, and keynote speaker, excelling in impactful programming such as NGO initiatives, multi-media campaigns, and public relations strategies. Her dedication to inspiring through storytelling solidifies the legacies of social revolutionaries. Barbara had the honor of speaking at The Library of Congress, representing the legacy of Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm, the first woman and African American to seek a major party’s presidential nomination. As President of the Shirley Chisholm Cultural Institute, she initiated the historic Sister Cities Agreement between New York City and Bridgetown, Barbados. A Salzburg Fellow, Barbara has engaged in discussions on Civic and Civil Education in Salzburg, Austria. She continues to produce content nationally and globally, amplifying marginalized voices. Her work underscores her commitment to fostering understanding and creating dialogue platforms, promoting social justice and empowerment.
