Aude BLANC holds a degree in Economics complemented by a postgraduate specialization in Human Resources. She joined Stellantis in April 2003 at the Sept-Fons site, where she served as Human Resources Management Lead for five years before becoming the site’s HR Director for two years. She then moved to the Vesoul Site—specialized in body parts manufacturing, interior equipment, and spare‑parts logistics—where she held the position of HR Director for five years. She later joined the Grande Armée site as Technical Secretary to the Europe Director, before taking on the role of HR Director at the Mulhouse plant, which includes a vehicle assembly plant, a powertrain plant, a forge, and a foundry. She remained in this position for eight and a half years.
Eighteen months ago, she joined the Stellantis France organization, first as Head of Labor Relations for France. Six months later, she was appointed HR Director for Stellantis France.
